On behalf of the Town of Sabattus Fire Department, Chief Thacker proudly presented Life Saving Medals to three extraordinary citizens—Jeff, Rebecca, and Todd—for their courageous and immediate response during a medical emergency.

When a fellow community member suffered cardiac arrest, these individuals sprang into action, performing CPR with skill and urgency. Their quick thinking and teamwork directly contributed to saving a life.

Their actions exemplify the very best of our community: compassion, readiness, and the willingness to help others in moments of crisis. We are deeply grateful for their bravery and proud to honor them for their life-saving efforts.
