Meetings
The Sabattus Planning Board is responsible for guiding the town’s land use and development in accordance with local ordinances and comprehensive planning goals. The Board reviews applications for site plans, subdivisions, and zoning changes to ensure responsible growth that aligns with the community’s vision and values.
Meetings are typically held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM at the Sabattus Town Hall, and are open to the public. Residents and developers are encouraged to attend if they are starting a new business, subdivision, or development project.
